Tasman Butchers.
In-house designer for all assets in nine store retail butcher network. Tasman Butchers has been operating for over 30, located in Victoria. Offering customers, the convenience of traditional butchery services plus a vast range of pre-packed meat. Sourced directly from local growers and their own farm, all meat is delivered fresh daily to stores.

With new owners taking over the business at the end of 2018, the business started a campaign to introducing the Butchers behind the business. This included a series of assets I created from photography & videography highlighting their butchery background, experience, relationships with farmers and sourcing of product.
Fortnightly 4 page printed catalogue (pre Covid-19) to our nine retail stores and letter-box dropped. The Tasman retail network was reduced from 17 stores in November 2018, when they went through voluntary administration and stores were sold off or closed. At the height of distribution, the business walked the majority of 700,00 catalogues to fourteen locations throughout metro & regional Victoria.
Database with over 30,000 customers. Mail chimp is used for weekly eDM’s, introducing latest catalogue, specials, VIP offers and recipes. Social assets are developed from existing digital library of images, stocks images, association shared videos and influencer collaboration shots.
Bulkheads replaced with corporate images heroing staff, freezers were repainted. Signage company provided site maps and dimensions.
Interior & exterior of stores had a refurbishment, branded signage was updated, corporate colours were re-introduced.
